Telling You What to Play...

Possibly one of the greatest games ever. No, really. at first glance you may be tempted to say, "It looks like every other FPS out there."  Well, it is not. It is a FPS and you are in military gear but that is where the similarity to other FPS like Magical Warfare 3 and Call of Dookie 2 ends. Not only can you shoot people in the face (The most important part of any video game) but you get to drive jeeps, Humvee, tanks, anti aircraft, mobile artillery, 4-wheeler, Armored personal carriers, jets and helicopters. Oh, and you think that wall you are hiding behind it safe? Boom! There is no wall! That's right the world can be destroyed. The destruction level is a step down from BBC2 but the graphics are better. Also, in BF3, physics exist! This is the one thing that vexes most MW/COD players. In BF3 you have to...gasp...take cover. Being shot at disorients you and (hand covers mouth in surprise) you have to aim. No Lee Harvey Oswalding people in this game! 

Ok, so that is not true. The game is not perfect. You can spend hours playing before you can regularly shoot people in the face. The point is to squad up and work as a team no matter what style of match you play. If you are a NOOB ( and you know who you are)  it is best to put the rifle away and work in support for your squad either as a medic or dropping ammo. Points are earned this way and more points equal better equipment. Reviving a fallen teammate not only helps a lot (especially in Rush mode) it gives you as many points as killing an enemy (or more if it is your squad mate you revived).

Still not enticed? How about there are very few preteens? There are loads of people dedicated to the game mechanics and DICE is always changing them (more on that later) Check out LevelCapGaming for more. He is one of many my favorite is the Only in Battlefield  and The Troll Army, oh don't for get the The King Of Sweeden (Oh so NSFW).


Ok on to the Bad. Dice will Fuck with you (Sorry Mom, no other way to put it.) You just get used to a gun and they change it. There are Trolls out there who look for any hack they can to get an advantage and they find out what gun has been nerfed and which one is now way to powerful.  To be fair there is not super gun and a whole lot less noobtubing, but there are guns way to powerful in certain situations and the LMG is under powered giving A holes with assault rifles the rule of the game. Also there are way to many hacks. Guys hiding where you can't see them or kill them, like in a wall. I hate the ac-130
 as well. (There are also guys and gals way to good who can ruin a good time but that is with every game.)

Even after that and even though yours truly rage quits at least twice a week. The game is amazing. The details are immense and the maps are gigantic. Some matches can take more than an hour. It is almost sandbox in scale and the role you play is up to you. There are even user made servers that can have custom rules and game-play.


So there you have it. One of the best games ever but not the best...that's next.
